- It would be nice to be able to enter a pattern(s) for sites on which to
- automatically disable the proxy - it's pointless using it for all the
- web pages (such as my own) on this side of the proxy server, for
- example. IBrowse and Netscape allow this (although I haven't checked to
- see if it's actually implemented in IBrowse).
-
- Another nice feature would be a permanent cache that persisted after
- you quit AWeb, although the author mentions this is planned.
-
- A couple of nice touches: the automatic "http://www" that comes up in
- the URL gadget when you "Open WWW", and the automatic addition of
- "http://" to the proxy sitenames when you add them to the Proxy
- settings gadgets.
-
- More information on the Settings chooser gadget crashes - someone
- mentioned that clicking on the "<<" always worked, and I've found this
- also - not one crash clicking there yet, only when clicking on the main
- part which causes a popup (almost always crashes). Clicking on the "V"
- popup (eg. in "Program 2: External Programs/Editor/Arguments") often
- causes the total lockup, too.
